The tower crane operation certificate is about to expire and needs to be re-examined. In order to ensure that your operation certificate is valid, please submit an application to the local training institution or the original issuing authority in time. The following materials need to be prepared for the audit: two copies of operation certificate for special operation in construction, two copies of operation certificate for special operation, 1 ID card, physical health certificate (physical health certificate issued by special operation or unit), certificate issued by the unit that there has been no production safety accident caused by illegal operation in recent two years and the violation record is not more than three times (including three times), and certificate that the trainees have participated in safety continuing education for at least 24 hours.

Review cycle

The validity period of the Qualification Certificate for Construction Special Operations is 6 years, and it needs to be reviewed every 3 years.

Replacement procedure

If your operation certificate has expired and needs to be renewed, please prepare the required materials according to the relevant requirements within 3 months before the certificate expires and apply to the nearest training and assessment station. If the replacement procedures are not completed within the time limit, the original certificate will automatically become invalid after the expiration of the validity period.
