How to throw a net and a teaching video.
The teaching methods of throwing nets are as follows:

First of all, we prepare a throwing net, fold the rope back and forth, put it on the left hand, hold the end of the rope in the palm, and hold the root of the net in the right hand to let the net droop. The hand holding the rope does not move, and the other hand shortens the net and puts it in the hand holding the rope.

The figure leans back, the arm holding the net is behind, the body is sideways, and one leg is propped up in front to accumulate strength. The back arm jerked forward and threw the net, but the end of the rope in his hand was always caught and the net flew out with the rope. As the body rotates, the net is thrown into a big net. When closing the net, just pull the rope back and you can take it back.

Data expansion

Hand-thrown nets are widely used in shallow seas, rivers and lakes. Nylon hand-cast net has the advantages of beautiful appearance and long service life, but some people often don't know how to spread it, which greatly reduces the number of hand-cast nets fishing. I'll give you two simple ways to solve this common problem:

Double-handle throwing method: Hold the fishnet hook and about one third of the net opening with the left hand, hang the fishnet hook on the thumb with the right hand (this is the most important thing to hook the fishnet hook with the thumb to open the net opening), and then hold the rest of the net opening with both hands to keep a convenient moving distance.

From the left side of the body, throw it with your right hand, then send out the net mouth of your left hand, hold the net with your right thumb and send it out at the right time. Practice a few more times and you'll learn it slowly. Its characteristic is that it will not stain clothes and can be operated in chest-deep water.

Handle turning method: straighten the net, lift the leftmost part and hang it on the left elbow of the wolf about 50 cm away from the mouth. Hold the net port of 1/3 with the flat end of the left hand, and hold the net port of 1/3 a little more with the right hand and the hook. When casting a net, send out the right hand, left elbow and left hand in turn. It is characterized by high speed, not easy to get dirty, suitable for shallow water and beginners.
