According to official website of Lanzhou City University, Article 7 of the Measures for the Administration of Students' Changing Majors in Lanzhou City University stipulates that students enrolled in art majors such as preparatory students, music majors, physical education majors, fine arts majors, preschool education, broadcasting and hosting, radio and television editing and directing are not allowed to change majors.
