Hong Xiuzhu (1April 7, 948), female, Han nationality, was born in Taipei County (now New Taipei City), Taiwan Province Province, China. She graduated from the Law Department of Chinese Culture University in Taiwan Province Province, obtained a master's degree in education from Missouri State University (now Truman State University) in the northeast of the United States, and graduated from Revolutionary Practice College in the 29th period. She is a politician of China Kuomintang and a former kmt chairman. Hong Xiuzhu opposed Taiwan independence within the Kuomintang and promoted cross-strait exchanges.

2019 From May 12 to May 15, Hong Xiuzhu, former chairman of China Kuomintang and chairman of China Qingyan Peace Education Foundation, will lead a delegation to visit Beijing.
