There is an old saying in China, "Everything is established in advance, and it will be abolished if it is not planned". Therefore, we believe that from the perspective of positive psychology, China's future psychological education and counseling should draw nutrition from the following aspects. (1) Learn from the thoughts of positive psychology, adhere to the people-oriented principle, pay attention to the mental health problems of most ordinary people, their life and development, their creativity, courage, optimism, confidence, hope, vision, insight, talent and wisdom, and let talented people give full play to their potential. (2) We should look at the potential, motivation and ability of treating people with an open and appreciative eye, look upward, be optimistic and believe in the individual's subjective initiative. (3) With the cooperation and efforts of all walks of life, we will vigorously cultivate a good social environment. (4) Change post-event consultation and treatment into post-event development consultation and prevention. If this is the case, individual mental stress and various problems, psychology and behaviors caused by intensified social competition and accelerated pace will be greatly reduced by taking appropriate precautions in advance. On the other hand, if there is a problem, the problem will be easily solved and the prognosis will be better because of the better social environment, prior developmental consultation and prevention and personal positive attitude. In a word, it will be more conducive to the healthy development of psychological education and counseling to actively learn from the relevant ideas of positive psychology to guide psychological education and counseling.
The value orientation of positive psychology emphasizes the role of extensive intervention in school mental health education. Encourage teachers to implement positive psychology in the classroom, integrate the main channel of mental health education into the education of various disciplines, help develop students' positive psychology, pay attention to students' subjective well-being, and form an interactive and multidimensional cross-network. This provides an effective classroom environment for preventing the occurrence of problem behaviors, so that this intervention can effectively improve the preventive function of mental health education and provide a new preventive model for school psychological counseling.
