Admission conditions for children of migrant workers in Ningbo
Legal analysis: If the children of migrant workers need to enter the first grade of primary school (junior high school), their parents or other legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as applicants) shall meet the following four conditions:

(1) The applicant has a stable occupation in Ningbo (refers to signing a labor contract with the employing unit in Yinzhou District, or obtaining a business license for industry and commerce, or engaging in agricultural breeding in Yinzhou District);

(2) The applicant shall pay the basic old-age insurance or social insurance for migrant workers in Ningbo according to law (as of April 30th, 20 18, the payment has been made continuously for more than 1 year, and it is still insured until the assessment date, and the supplementary payment is invalid);

(3) Both applicants have obtained the Residence Permit of Zhejiang Province or the Temporary Residence Permit of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province for one year or more (as of April 30, 20 18, they have lived continuously for one year or more, and they are still handling according to the regulations until the inspection date).

(4) The applicant has not violated the national family planning policy.

Children who enter the first grade of primary school in the autumn of 20 18 must be at least six years old (born between September of 201/kloc-0 and August of 20 12).

If the school age is over-age, it is necessary to provide the delayed admission certificate of school-age children issued by the Education Bureau where the household registration is located and the original medical certificate issued by hospitals at or above the county (district) level. The social security and residence requirements in the above admission conditions need to be over 2 years. Students who enter the first grade of junior high school must be sixth-grade primary school graduates with student status.

I. Registration

1. Persons who meet the following conditions can apply for registration:

(1) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(2) graduated from a senior secondary education school or equivalent;

(3) Physical conditions meet relevant requirements.

2. The following persons shall not be registered:

(1) college students with higher education qualifications, or students who have been admitted to colleges and universities and retain their admission qualifications;

(2) Students who have not graduated from senior secondary education schools this year;

(3) fresh graduates who registered by deception in the non-graduation year of senior secondary education and illegally participated in the entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities (including the national unified examination, the provincial unified examination and the entrance examination organized by colleges and universities separately, hereinafter referred to as the entrance examination of colleges and universities);

(4) Persons who have been suspended from taking the college entrance examination due to violation of the national education examination regulations and are in the suspension period;

(five) because of the violation of the criminal law, the relevant departments have taken compulsory measures or are serving sentences.

3. Registration method.

Candidates who apply for ordinary colleges and universities should, in principle, register at the time, place and manner specified by the Admissions Committee of ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as the provincial recruitment committee) where their household registration is located.

The provincial recruitment committee can make specific supplementary provisions on the registration conditions, time and related requirements in accordance with the principle of combining candidates' household registration with a certain number of years of study in senior secondary education schools in the region, combined with the actual situation in the region.

After receiving high school education, migrant children of migrant workers and other non-registered employees take the college entrance examination in the local area according to the methods announced by various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). Relevant candidates are not allowed to register for the college entrance examination at the same time in the "inflow place" and "outflow place". For candidates who do not meet the requirements of the inflow place and outflow place due to special circumstances, the inflow place will coordinate with the outflow place to solve it steadily, and in principle, they will go back to the outflow place to apply for the exam. Foreigners who have settled in China and meet the registration requirements may register at the place designated by the relevant provincial recruitment committee with the People's Republic of China (PRC) permanent identity card issued by the public security organ.

The provincial recruitment committee offices (including the Education Examinations Institute, recruitment offices, test sites, examination bureaus, etc.). , hereinafter collectively referred to as the provincial recruitment office) to guide the recruitment agencies at all levels in the province (autonomous regions and municipalities) to conscientiously perform the duties of reviewing the candidates' registration qualifications, and strictly review the candidates' registration qualifications according to the registration conditions. After the registration, the provincial admissions office should repeat the registration and illegal screening of all the registration data.

4. Admission examination institutions at all levels and senior secondary education schools should strengthen honesty education and warning education for candidates. In particular, strengthen the integrity education and warning education in the main stages such as registration, examination, volunteering and admission. Candidates must sign a letter of commitment in good faith when registering, and promise that the contents I fill in and the relevant materials I provide are objective, true and accurate, and promise to abide by the relevant management regulations during the entrance examination.
