Manji Dessert Group was established in 1995, and the first Hong Kong-style "Tang Hui Dessert" store was established in Saigon District, Hong Kong. In the same year, the group added a central food factory under the wholly-owned company "Half the Sky Industry Co., Ltd." to supply food to stores. In order to ensure product quality, it was established in Thailand in 2003.

Set up an independent workshop to directly purchase Thai fruits and packaged products for export to Hong Kong, so that guests can taste the best Manchu desserts in the four seasons.
