I want to open a children's English training institution in a small four-tier city by joining.
I feel that the cost of this industry is lower than other industries, and the capital turnover is much easier. Moreover, the current market demand is strong and the tuition is high. If the publicity effect is good, it will almost be profitable.
There are two universities in my city, so it should not be a problem to recruit English majors with better quality. Of course, the team building behind is the most important, and I will spend a lot of energy to think and manage.
There is another reason. Unlike catering and other manufacturing industries, there is not so much entertainment to please others. Just be yourself.

5. How many English majors are there in the two universities? Are there any outstanding graduates who can stay? How much salary do they ask for?
6. Team building is a virtual thing. Don't talk about construction without money. People nowadays are more realistic.
7. Although there is no superior or subordinate, you ask industry and commerce, education, civil affairs, fire protection, taxation and safety supervision if they have the right to check you. Most importantly, parents are not so gullible.
8. The three most important things in educational institutions are teaching, enrollment and management. Who do you know? Management can't be learned through study, but it is also an empirical subject, which needs to be learned by paying tuition fees.
