After research, the Ministry of Education decided to fully implement the "Six Excellent and One Top-notch" plan 2.0 and start the "Double Ten Thousand Plan" for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors. On April 2, 20 19, the general office of the Ministry of Education issued the "Double Hundred Thousand Plan" for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.
