The construction document is to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and the Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Modernization of Education (20 18-2022), implement the requirements of the National Undergraduate Education Work Conference in the New Period and the opinions of the Ministry of Education on accelerating the construction of high-level undergraduate education and comprehensively improving the ability of personnel training, promote the construction of new engineering, new medicine, new agricultural science and new liberal arts, strengthen first-class undergraduate courses, build first-class majors, cultivate first-class talents, and comprehensively revitalize undergraduate education. After research, the Ministry of Education decided to fully implement the "Six Excellent and One Top-notch" plan 2.0 and start the "Double Ten Thousand Plan" for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors. On April 2, 20 19, the general office of the Ministry of Education issued the "Double Hundred Thousand Plan" for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.
