Time flies, I have been struggling in the preschool education industry for five years before I know it. With the help and support of teachers and the trust and encouragement of the leaders of the park, I have gained a lot from leaving the school and stepping on the job, growing and making progress. Over the past five years, teachers and I have sent off and welcomed groups of lovely children. Looking back on the past and looking forward to the future, the following are my works:

First, the cultivation of teachers' morality:

A respected teacher is a model. Teachers' morality is the soul of teachers. As a preschool teacher, we should govern the country by virtue and cultivate good teachers' morality. I love my job and devote myself enthusiastically to the cause of early childhood education. It is necessary to realize the incomparable happiness and pride of joining in early childhood education from "virtue". I have been engaged in preschool education for five years. Looking back on my own experience, my understanding of teachers' morality has gone from shallow to deep, from one-sided to comprehensive. After all kinds of study, I can say that I have improved my understanding of teachers' morality. More importantly, in theory, I have specific contents and clear goals for my love and efforts, and I have a new understanding of my preschool education work. Have the courage to dissect yourself, dissect yourself, face yourself squarely, carefully find out your shortcomings and deficiencies, and constantly improve your quality and self-cultivation. Never arrive late for work and leave early, adhere to 100% attendance rate, attend all meetings organized by the director on time, seriously understand the spirit of the meeting, and humbly ask and learn from experienced teachers. The foundation of cultivating cross-generational high-quality talents is to start with good preschool education. The words and deeds of preschool teachers and the quality of education will directly affect the improvement of learning quality and comprehensive quality and ability of primary schools, middle schools and universities in the future. People describe the education industry as a "gardener", which is very appropriate, especially for early childhood education. What is more important is to engage in enlightenment education. It can be said that what kind of teachers train what kind of students, the key to educating people lies in teachers' morality.

Second, education and teaching:

I graduated from Zhanjiang Kindergarten Normal School in 2005. Three years of normal life has honed my solid basic skills. After joining the job, I became a real kindergarten teacher. Combine theory with practice organically, constantly accumulate and summarize teaching experience, communicate with colleagues, and explore new methods and innovations. In life, I mingle with the children and become their good friends. In teaching, I am satisfied with my work performance, but in any case, I need to work hard to be a real person. As an inexperienced teacher, I often consult other teachers, observe their teaching activities, apply what I have learned and learn from each other. In order to do a good job in teaching, I carefully make a teaching plan, give lectures to every teacher, and design teaching activities according to children's characteristics. In teaching methods, we should constantly reflect and summarize and practice hard. Every time I give a lecture, the comments and encouragement from the director and teachers have become my desire and success for future classes. Only through constant criticism and praise can I make continuous progress.

Engaged in preschool education, I love preschool education very much, love my job, love every child, make my children like me with love and patience, and be willing to make friends with me. Five years of preschool education has improved my quality and political consciousness. In teaching, I combine the syllabus, constantly explore, study and understand its spirit, establish a new educational concept, respect every child, strive to provide a developable and explorable environment for children according to the needs of children's development, and constantly integrate new ideas and educational forms into my actual behavior.

Third, self-improvement and development:

I actively study various educational theories and enrich myself by reading relevant books, so that I can better educate and teach under the guidance of solid theories in my work.

Fourth, reflection and summary:

Education is a profound knowledge, and there is no definite learning method. Facing the snowflake-like teaching materials and the rich information experience brought by the Internet, we must grasp one thing: let children really learn and develop in happiness.

Being a teacher is harder than being a kindergarten teacher, but I think in the hard work, I can feel the fun that others can't-that is, the fun of childhood. It's all worth it, because what I pay will be a wonderful childhood.
