Confirmed by Qingdao Education Bureau, there is a certain degree of educational imbalance between the south and the north and Licang District, which has aroused great concern from the education department.

In order to narrow the regional balance differences and further expand the quality education resources, the Municipal Education Bureau started the collectivization of primary and secondary schools in 20 19, focusing on promoting the establishment of branch schools by famous schools, giving play to the radiation role of famous schools and promoting the rapid development of high-quality new schools.

In July, Qingdao No.2 Middle School signed a cooperation agreement with Licang District Education and Sports Bureau to build a public school with a design scale of 54 classes, including 42 classes in the compulsory education stage. The school is managed by Qingdao No.2 Middle School and enrolled students in September 2020. The establishment of this school will increase the quality of compulsory education in Licang District, and at the same time play the radiation role of Qingdao No.2 Middle School to further promote the development of compulsory education in Licang District.

At the same time as the signing of the World Garden School, the Licang Campus Project of Qingdao Experimental Middle School is currently under negotiation.

With a number of famous schools running schools in Licang District, the education and teaching level in Licang District will be greatly improved and the balanced development of regional education will be promoted.
