1. Enter Sichuan Platform Management Center, find the "National Platform Access" option under the "System Settings" menu, and click the "Apply for Access" button.

2. In the pop-up window of "Application for National Platform Access", fill in relevant information, including the applicant's name, type, contact person, telephone number and email address.

3. Click the "Submit Application" button and wait for the platform to review. After the approval, you will receive an "access verification code" from the platform.

4. After receiving the access verification code, log in to the national platform, find the access management option under the menu of the management center, and click the "verification code binding" button.

5. Enter the received access verification code and click the "Bind" button. If the verification code is correct, the platform will display the prompt message of successful binding.

6. After the successful binding, the Sichuan platform has been successfully bound with the national platform, and it can begin to enjoy various services and resources provided by the national platform.
