Schools, academic groups and other social organizations, teachers and other individuals at all levels may apply for provincial education and teaching achievement awards in accordance with the provisions of these measures.
In terms of grading time limit, the "Measures" propose that the results of winning the special prize should be tested by practice for not less than 4 years, which is at the leading level in China and has a significant impact; The results of winning the first prize should be tested by practice for not less than 4 years, which has a leading level in the province and has a great influence; The results of the second prize should be tested by practice for not less than 2 years, which is advanced in the province and has an important demonstration role.
The starting time of practice test is calculated from the time when the education and teaching plan is formally implemented (including formal trial implementation), excluding the time when the plan is discussed, demonstrated and formulated, and the deadline is the time to recommend the education and teaching achievements of that year.
In addition, in terms of rewards, the Measures clarify that individuals who win provincial education and teaching achievement awards will be recorded in their personal files, and their units will implement relevant treatment in performance appraisal, job title evaluation, post appointment and evaluation. The prize of the provincial education and teaching achievement award belongs to the winning unit or individual, and no unit or individual may intercept it.
