The starting time of practice test is calculated from the time when the education and teaching plan is formally implemented (including formal trial implementation), excluding the time when the plan is discussed, demonstrated and formulated, and the deadline is the time to recommend the education and teaching achievements of that year.

In addition, in terms of rewards, the Measures clarify that individuals who win provincial education and teaching achievement awards will be recorded in their personal files, and their units will implement relevant treatment in performance appraisal, job title evaluation, post appointment and evaluation. The prize of the provincial education and teaching achievement award belongs to the winning unit or individual, and no unit or individual may intercept it.
