According to the "Regulations on the Administration of Safety in Production of Principal Persons in Charge of Construction Enterprises, Project Directors and Full-time Safety Management Personnel"

Article 3 The principal person in charge of an enterprise refers to the * * * members who have the decision-making power on the production and operation activities and safety production of the enterprise.

The person in charge of the project refers to the person who has obtained the corresponding registration qualification and is authorized by the legal representative of the enterprise to be responsible for the management of specific projects.

Full-time safety production management personnel refer to the personnel engaged in safety production management in enterprises, including the personnel of enterprise safety production management institutions and those engaged in safety production management in engineering projects.

Tenth safety evaluation certificate expires and needs to be extended, the "safety management personnel" shall, within 3 months before the expiration of the validity period, apply for the extension of the certificate to the original evaluation institution by himself through the employed enterprise. If the renewal of the certificate is granted, the validity of the certificate will be extended for 3 years.

Within the validity period of the certificate, the applicant has not been subject to administrative punishment due to production safety accidents or violation of these provisions, and there is no record of bad behavior in the credit file. He has been extended within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application for extension, and has participated in the education and training on production safety organized by the enterprise and the competent department of housing and urban construction of the people's government at or above the county level.
