After the speeches carefully prepared by the distinguished guests, with the release of the Handbook of Xingzhi Education Experiment, the 3rd Cross-Strait Xingzhi Education Forum and the 1st Seminar of Xingzhi Education Experiment Hosts officially opened on 20 19 under the auspices of President Yang Ruiqing.

First of all, Mr. Tao Kan, the great-grandson of Mr. Tao Xingzhi and the chairman of Shanghai Xingzhi Education Promotion Association, gave a keynote speech entitled "Improving the leadership of educators-improving the leadership of the host of Xingzhi education experiment".

The leadership of educators mentioned by Mr. Tao Kan in his speech includes the leadership of the Director of Education Bureau, school principals and school teachers. He expounded the specific content of leadership from the following five dimensions: (1) paying attention to practical exercise and furnace experience; (2) Pay attention to philosophical thinking and enhance the cognitive dimension; (3) Pay attention to human nature thinking and control human nature; (4) Pay attention to the idea of gray scale and relax moderately; (5) Pay attention to the unity of knowing and doing, and set an example.

Among them, cognitive upgrading is the core of leadership. Mr. Tao Kan also illustrated the contents of related topics with specific cases of Kodak and Tencent. The first one is about Kodak. Kodak's starting point is: if I don't do it, people won't do it. Therefore, Kodak was defeated at four points: "successful experience, high-quality assets, immediate market and vested interests". Tencent's starting point is: if I don't do it, others will do it. Therefore, Tencent has gained four points: "sense of urgency, self-subversion, internal competition and innovative culture". Actively seeking self-change will be reborn, and passively waiting for change will face elimination. In short, leadership is constant self-renewal. After sharing his self-knowledge of leadership, Mr. Tao Kan summed up the main contents of contemporary educators' leadership: charisma, foresight, balanced organization, innovation, decision-making and daring to take risks.

Teacher Wang is the author of Little Forest. In sharing, she mentioned the source of inspiration for her creation of children's literature, as well as her creative attitude and experience. Mr. Wang quoted Mr. Tao Xingzhi's view that life is education and life is the soil for writing. In addition, the creation of children's literature works needs the feeling of loving the whole world, and the combination of "life" and "love" is "love life". In the creation of children's literature, there is another aspect worthy of attention, that is, aesthetics. In the soil of life, write beautiful works with love. From the perspective of children, Mr. Wang wrote his own life feelings and wrote works that are deeply loved by children.

Then, Mr. Lai Heping, Ph.D. in Education from Peking University and Master of History from Sichuan University, gave a speech entitled "China Cultural and Educational Program for Creative Promotion of the Community of Human Destiny".

Based on Yu Xiansheng's educational philosophy and practice, Mr. Lai compared Mr. Tao Xingzhi's educational philosophy, sought roots from his predecessors, and combined with his own experience and selection process, deeply analyzed the changes and positioning of Mr. Lai's educational philosophy of "the essence of the East and the West" in the context of China's humanistic educational thought, which brought us a spiritual feast of cultural roots.

In the afternoon, eight principals from Taiwan Province Province shared their curriculum creations in the sub-forum. Courses involve students' literature and history education, art education, life education, innovation education, safety education, physical education, character education and so on.

Second, think for yourself.

First of all, in the sharing, we saw the common cognition and concept: people-oriented. Because of this cognition and concept, the creation process of different courses is also a child-oriented embodiment and rooted process. After all, all the measures in the school that do not consider the development of people (children) are not long-term and lack a certain foundation.

Secondly, both schools of Xingzhi Education Group and several schools in Taiwan Province Province have their own themes and characteristics to some extent. This feature is not to attract attention, but to adjust measures to local conditions according to the actual situation, paying special attention to the locality of curriculum creation. Every school, like everyone else, can create its own curriculum and cultivate the feelings shared by teachers and students while doing a good job in regular development. This is what teachers and students really love, not where they want to escape.

Then in the sharing and communication after dinner, we saw Mr. Du Shouzheng's feelings as a big boy and his frankness and selflessness. If a teacher is happy, then the children he leads will feel that kind of happiness. In this way, education is not only to transmit knowledge, but also has a greater mission and less attention than transmitting knowledge.

Finally, in the interactive group communication of the host of Xingzhi Education Experiment, I listened to the questions and exchanges of several teachers. I think there are unreasonable places or unsatisfactory existence in the reality we are facing, but what we need to do is not to complain about the reality blindly, but to try to change ourselves, just as Teacher Du Shouzheng mentioned in his sharing: aim high and do small things well. When you can't change others, at least, you can change yourself and the world around you will become what you are now.
