The Academy Primary School was founded in the fourth year of Yuan Dade (1300), and the court named it "Xingshan Academy"; During the reign of Qing Qianlong, it was renamed "Yi Dao Academy"; 1903 was transformed into "tengxian government higher primary school hall"; After liberation, it was named "Academy Primary School"; In July 2000, due to the adjustment of administrative divisions in Tengzhou City, it was renamed as "Jinghe Street Central Primary School in Tengzhou City".
3. In March, 2023, Tengzhou Education and Sports Bureau restored the school name "Tengzhou Academy Primary School". It has been more than 720 years since it was founded, and it is the oldest known school in Zaozhuang. After 120 years' hard work, we have gone through thick and thin. 1. Tengzhou Academy Primary School was founded on 1745 (Qianlong 10). Historically, it was called "Yi Dao Academy", also known as Tengzhou Academy Street Primary School. Now is Tengzhou Jinghe Street Central Primary School. Located in the middle of Shuyuan Street in Tengzhou City (east of Tengzhou Railway Station), it is a public primary school with a long history. 1903 (the 29th year of Guangxu reign), the school was renamed as tengxian government senior primary school.
2. The school covers an area of 23. 1 mu, with a building area of 1040 1.5 m2. 20 10 merged with Tengzhou Peiying Primary School, and the site of Tengzhou Peiying Primary School was changed to the west campus of Tengzhou Academy Primary School. At present, the school has two campuses in the east and west, 48 classes, with 2,839 students and 139 faculty members, including 1 18 teachers with college education or above, and the academic attainment rate is 100%.
