Continuing education is effective.
Those who have obtained the temporary practice certificate of construction engineer, who are under 60 years of age, participate in continuing education and continue to register according to the provisions, may continue to be the project leader of the construction unit with reference to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of the Practice of Registered Construction Engineers (Trial).
Extension of registration application time
Qualified personnel who have obtained the temporary practice certificate of construction engineer shall attend continuing education before 20 13 12 3 1 and apply to the competent department of housing and urban-rural construction where the unit is located for renewal of registration.
Bad behavior records affect registration.
In the past five years, major and above quality and safety accidents or serious violations of laws and regulations will not be renewed; Personnel who have suffered from general quality and safety accidents in the past five years, or have generally violated laws and regulations or recorded other bad behaviors in credit files shall provide corresponding rectification materials issued by relevant competent departments.
No longer recognize the temporary practice certificate.
Since February 28th, 20 13, the competent departments of housing and urban-rural construction at all levels will no longer regard the personnel who have obtained the temporary practice certificate of construction engineer as registered construction engineers recognized by the qualification management of construction enterprises.
