It is required to attend an open class at or above the department level every semester and publish a teaching and research paper in a journal at or above the department level.

2. Organize teachers' teaching and research teams. We can organize some small teams like teaching and scientific research groups of different disciplines, and the members are all teaching backbones. Group activities are mainly about preparing lessons, observing and discussing topics. If a teacher wants to show an open class, the team will guide and check the pre-preparation and trial teaching, which will not only improve the level of our open class, but also create a good atmosphere for the school's teaching and research.

3. Set up an "open book day" for teachers to guide teachers to actively read classics and accumulate spiritual wealth. The school invests a certain amount of money to buy educational masterpieces every year, so that more famous teachers can "face to face" with teachers.

4. Pay attention to the physical exercise of teachers and students and increase the places for physical exercise. It is suggested that a teacher-student sports meeting be held every semester to enrich the study life of teachers and students.

5. Pay attention to students' moral education. It is suggested that schools carry out various forms of moral education activities to educate students' thoughts and cultivate students' good ideological quality and civilized and elegant behavior.
