Article 2. Candidates who violate the principles of fairness and justice in the examination, obtain or attempt to obtain the answers to test questions or test scores by improper means, and have one of the following acts, shall be regarded as cheating in the examination, and their scores in all subjects shall be cancelled:

8. Pass and receive articles or exchange test papers, answer sheets and draft papers.
9. Other cheating behaviors of obtaining answers to test questions or test scores by deception.
Article 3. Candidates who cheat in the exam will have their scores in all subjects cancelled:
1, illegally obtaining examination qualifications and examination results by forging certificates, instructions, files and other materials.
2 in the process of marking papers, it is found that there are more than two (including two) answers in the same subject and the same examination room.
3. The discipline in the examination room is chaotic, the examination order is out of control, and there is a phenomenon of cheating in large-scale examinations.
4. The examination staff assisted in cheating and verified it afterwards.
5. Other behaviors that should be considered as cheating.
Article 4 Candidates and other personnel shall consciously maintain the order of examination places, obey the management of examination staff, and shall not commit any of the following acts that disturb the order of examination places:
1, disrupting the order of examination workplaces such as test sites, examination rooms and marking places;
2 unreasonable refusal to prevent the examination staff from performing their management duties;
3. Threatening, insulting, slandering or framing examination staff or other candidates;
4. Other acts that disrupt the order of examination management.
Candidates who have one of the above behaviors will be prohibited from continuing to take the exam in this subject, and the scores of all subjects they signed up for at that time will be invalid; Candidates and other personnel who violate the regulations on administrative penalties for public security shall be dealt with by the public security organs, and if the case constitutes a crime, the judicial organs shall investigate the responsibility according to law.
Article 5. If other students take the college entrance examination instead of others, their school will deal with it seriously according to the relevant regulations until they are expelled from school. If other students take the college entrance examination instead of others, the education and examination institutions shall advise their units to give administrative sanctions until they are expelled or expelled.
