Teach children not to rush. How can we educate children step by step?
In the process of educating children, parents often have two tendencies; One is that education lags behind children's physical and mental development level, and children were not educated in time during this education and training. The other is that education exceeds children's physical and mental development level, that is, the content of education and training for children exceeds children's current development level. The latter tendency is a common phenomenon in family education at present, because parents want their children to succeed.

Parents generally believe that it is too slow to teach children knowledge step by step. Actually, this is a misunderstanding. If we don't educate children according to their intellectual development level and physical and mental development, it will be just like "encouraging them to grow up", which is not only useless, but also harmful to children.

Learning knowledge must proceed from one's actual ability and not go beyond the actual level at will. According to the age characteristics of children's physical and mental development and the level of knowledge and ability development, according to the difficulty of scientific knowledge, the requirements for children should be raised step by step, from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult, from less to more, otherwise, children will easily feel tired of learning.

Suggestions on how to educate children step by step are as follows:

First, choose the content and difficulty of knowledge, and take whether children are relaxed and happy as the standard.

As the saying goes, "capable and happy." Only by letting children learn what they are competent for can they feel happy. Conversely, we can also say that as long as children feel happy in the process of learning, we also know that education for children is appropriate, at least not beyond their tolerance. Taking this performance as a measure, we also know what kind of knowledge content it is to educate children and how difficult it is.

In other words, if children learn easily, they will "take learning as fun" and take learning as an interest, "they can't learn by themselves", that is, it is impossible to stop them from learning and let them have a feeling of enjoying it.

Second, give the child a "problem", but the "problem" should not be too difficult.

Learning should make the content and materials difficult, but not too much beyond the existing level. Learning is not difficult, but the current level of teaching will make children progress slowly and get bored easily. Increasing the difficulty of learning, but not too difficult, will make children learn under a sense of challenge, which is not too difficult to succeed, thus increasing their confidence in learning.
