What are the behaviors that do not allow teachers to implement educational punishment in education and teaching management?
Legal analysis: According to the regulations, teachers are not allowed to commit the following violations in the process of teaching management:

1, physical punishment such as beating and stabbing.

2, more than the normal limit of penalty station. Plagiarism and other disguised corporal punishment.

3. Abuse, discrimination or insult students' personal dignity.

4. Punish students' academic performance and personal preferences.

Legal basis: Rules on Disciplinary Actions in Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial) Article 12 Teachers shall not commit the following acts in the process of education and teaching management and disciplinary actions:

(a) corporal punishment that directly causes physical pain by hitting or stabbing;

(2) Punishment beyond the normal limit, repeated imitation, forcing uncomfortable movements or postures, and disguised corporal punishment that indirectly hurts the body and mind, such as intentional isolation;

(3) Insulting or infringing on students' personal dignity by discriminatory and insulting words and deeds;

(four) disciplinary action against individuals or a few people, all students;

(five) education and punishment of students' academic performance;

(six) because of personal emotions, likes and dislikes, or selective implementation of educational punishment;

(seven) to assign students to carry out educational punishment on other students;

(eight) other violations of students' rights.
