How to educate children to practice calligraphy
Nowadays, more and more parents attach importance to their children's education, and how to help their children practice calligraphy is also a problem that many parents attach importance to. I have collected some methods about teaching children to practice calligraphy, hoping to help you.

Methods of Teaching Children to Practice Calligraphy (1)

First: how to let children master the foundation of practicing calligraphy from an early age?

As we all know, children are at a stage of development since childhood, so parents should be scientific and formal in tutoring their children to practice calligraphy, and they should not blindly guide them at will. We should know that in the development stage, children's thoughts, personalities, behaviors, habits and abilities have great plasticity, which is the best time to learn and practice calligraphy. Seize this opportunity, let children lay a good foundation for practicing calligraphy from an early age, so as to gradually improve their writing level. Once they learn it, they will benefit for life.

So how to make children have a solid writing foundation in college? Why do parents buy copybooks for their children since childhood, and the words written by their children have not improved?

In our training class, children usually have parents who buy copybooks to let their children practice calligraphy from an early age and finish the bought copybooks. Parents see that their children's handwriting has not improved. Our conclusion is that children are not sure about the structure, method and rhythm of writing. You should know that writing should have rhythm, that is, the rhythm of traditional culture and the rhythm of speed. In addition, writing well should also be symmetrical, stretching and stretching. This mainly means that the action spacing of structural collocation should be consistent, the action of skimming is a long arc, and the horizontal, vertical, skimming, pinching, clicking, hooking, lifting and folding are short arcs. To sum up, the standard of writing a word is: the writing action should be rhythmic, stylish, purposeful, symmetrical, stretched and clear. Therefore, in order for children to practice calligraphy, they must have their own writing habits, and their writing should be regular and rhythmic.

Second: Many people think that writing requires "pen edge" and "strength".

The original meaning of strokes refers to the pen tip, while the original meaning of force is the strength in the physical concept, which has nothing to do with writing well. The brushwork that really writes well should be the style of writing, which means that the writing action is like the wind, and the written words are smooth and flexible, not the tip of a brush. The strength should be vertical, that is, the writing action is standardized, horizontal and vertical, and the written words are stable and correct. Only by standing up like a person can you have spirit, not hard work. Besides, how hard should you use? No one knows, so we can't get into it. Therefore, when we ask children to write, let them hold the pen moderately and write flexibly.

Third: cultivate children's interest in practicing calligraphy and control time!

Parents should always give their children some encouragement when they are tutoring their children when they are writing. For example, if their writing is better than before, what can parents say? If the child's writing is insufficient, then help analyze and guide. Children should not practice too long. Considering the age characteristics of children, it is not appropriate to practice calligraphy for too long, and it is appropriate to wait for 20-30 minutes. How to extend the time for children to continue practicing calligraphy for a while, but not for too long!

Methods of Teaching Children to Practice Calligraphy (2)

First, the development of children's small hands.

On this issue, I have no professional knowledge of children's growth and development, just from my own experience. I was a tutor in graduate school. I once took a little girl in grade one with me. I remember that she had a particularly hard time writing last semester. That is not writing at all, but "painting". Writing is like painting to her. Every time you do your homework, you should teach her a word, stroke by stroke, and show her.

After a winter vacation, school started, and I found that she felt much better about writing. No more backward strokes, no more "painting" words, and better grasp the frame structure of words.

At this moment, it suddenly dawned on me that when children first entered school, the control pen was not flexible enough because of their young age or immature development. At the same time, due to the development of the brain, she can't fully consider the structure and layout of space, so she can't write well.

Second, the pen holding posture.

In fact, many people are not very accurate in holding pens, including myself. However, I also have a little experience in my work.

There is also the problem of "left-handed".

I have taught several left-handed students. At that time, my opinion was that letting nature take its course and forcibly correcting it may not be suitable for children's growth, so I didn't force children to change their right hands. However, in the later practical study, I found that most people are right-handed, so the teaching, including font analysis and stroke writing, is preconceived and explained according to the law of right-handed use, so left-handed writing is just the opposite of what is taught. For example: writing horizontally, normally from left to right, left-handed people have to write from right to left. On the other hand, when writing, your left hand always blocks your eyes. These reasons lead to the slow writing speed of children and are often erased. After a long time, it has a great influence on learning.

Of course, some teachers think that if left-handed people are forcibly corrected, children may have other problems. Therefore, it is still necessary to analyze the specific situation, and there is no absolute standard.

Another child is an extreme example of holding a pen incorrectly. From the first grade of this child, I found that the pen holding posture was "special" wrong. In other words, many people hold pens in nonstandard postures, but there are not many deviations. The whole child is holding a pen with several fingers in a strange posture. I haven't seen it in years. So I communicated with my parents and suggested that he hold it with a pen. I also opened my pen and gave it to him. As a result, his parents didn't pay attention to it. Even the pen container I gave him often forgot to bring it and finally lost it. Later, his writing speed was at the bottom of the class. It was not until a few years later that he was promoted to middle and high school. I asked his class teacher that he was slow in writing, poor in handwriting and poor in academic performance.

Third, the writing method.

In fact, writing is not just writing. Experienced junior teachers have a set of methods at the beginning of writing.

For example, practice strokes first. The teacher will teach you how to write, what order, and how to use force.

Secondly, when writing each word, we must first grasp the font as a whole. This helps children to make the bookshelf structure suitable when writing. Sometimes we will find that children write carefully and the strokes are beautiful, but the whole word looks uncomfortable because the shelf structure is not well mastered.

For example, the word "Sen" is a triangular structure, "Pai" is a square, and "Xia" is an inverted triangle.

Third, we should grasp the proportional relationship between the parts of each word. For example, the word "Peng" is about the same size, "Qing" is narrow on the left and wide on the right, and "Cai" is narrow on the left and narrow on the right.

Finally, in Tian Zi Gerry, the teacher will demonstrate and explain where each stroke of a word should be written and where it should be collected.

Some children always think they know each other, are eager to write, don't listen, and don't observe and imitate patiently when writing, so they can't write well.

Fourth, the attitude of writing.

One thing that impressed me deeply in the class I taught was that when I started to learn to write in Grade One, I couldn't distinguish the students' fonts. Gradually, from the second grade, you can know who wrote the words without looking at the name, which shows that the children's words have formed their own "style". Some children write well in the first grade, but their attitude is not serious. It is often the teacher who strictly asks you to write better. If you write in class, the quality will be higher. It is better to write homework at the front than at the back. Such a child, after a long time, the handwriting is getting worse and worse. It can be said that even if he wants to write carefully and devote himself wholeheartedly, he can't reach the original beautiful font. Because, because of his consistent carelessness, his writing feeling is getting worse and worse, and his writing intensity is getting lower and lower.

Give another example. I am a junior in Xueba junior high school. My university is China University of Science and Technology, and both graduate students and doctors are in Microsoft China. His handwriting is very good. How does he practice? According to himself, when I was in primary school, the textbooks were full of writing, so I wrote it.

Fifth, practice more.

There are many stories of great calligraphers practicing hard in ancient China. The most famous ones, such as Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi, are said to have dipped the mill into the sauce when writing, which blackened the water in many pools. In fact, it is nothing more than a word "practice".

1, basic strokes.

Every word is made up of basic strokes. Therefore, to write a word well, we must write every basic stroke of it. And each pen has to go through several processes: starting, carrying and collecting. In the Chinese teaching of grade one, while understanding the basic strokes, we should also give students strict guidance on strokes, so that students can lay a solid foundation and make a good start for writing teaching in the future.

2. The radical of this word.

Most Chinese characters have their own radicals, and the writing of these radicals has its own characteristics and laws. Mastering this kind of radical writing can be applied to the characters with these radicals, making the structure of the characters more reasonable.

3. The structure of words.

Chinese characters have various structures. Because the new words of junior students are written in Tian Zi Ge Li, students can be asked to learn writing well with Tian Zige's help. The physical characteristics of Chinese characters are square, with few single characters and the most left and right structures. The left and right radicals are different in height and width, so we should pay attention to the specific classification, such as: narrow left and wide right, narrow left and narrow right, and the left and right are the same. Pay attention to the length, width and width of each part of the left, middle and right structure. There are various changes in the height and width of the radicals of characters with upper and lower structures, enclosing structures and special structures, so students should be reminded to pay attention to them in teaching. Every time I write, I ask students to do "three things": eyes, hands and heart. First, let students observe the structure of Chinese characters in Tian Zige. Clarify the proportion and accurate position of word-formation components in each part of Tian Zi's case. This kind of guidance requires teachers to spend a certain amount of time, repeatedly training, and persist in training according to the difficulty of fonts, so that students can master fonts slowly, and finally leave Tian Zi to arrange the structure of words. With the overall understanding, students can write stroke by stroke, that is, by hand. The writing should be standardized and accurate, and compared with the model essay. At the same time, we also need to concentrate, that is, concentrate. In this respect, we can also talk about some calligraphers' experience, so that students can understand that they must be calm, have a general grasp of the structure and shape of characters in their hearts, and have a basic understanding of the laws of writing, so that they can write well and finally practice Chinese characters with personal characteristics.

Step 4 use good copybooks

Good word-making in China includes regular script, running script, standardized writing and repeated use. It is made of environmentally friendly materials and will disappear when it meets water. Groove design, affordable, suitable for every ordinary family.
