Legal analysis: segmented education is divided into three stages: initial correction stage, graded correction stage and expiration correction stage. At the same time, the procedures and main tasks of each correction stage are defined.

Legal basis: Article 36 of the Community Correction Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) City, community correction institutions shall, according to the needs, educate the objects of community correction on the rule of law and morality, enhance the concept of rule of law, and improve their moral quality and sense of repentance. The education of community correction objects should be based on their individual characteristics, daily performance and other actual conditions, give full consideration to their work and life, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
