1. Students can click on my application for a refund on the "Maple Leaf 365”APP.

2. Click My Order to view the order details. Click to apply for after-sales.

3. Select the reason for refund, and click to confirm the application. Confirm the refund information and click OK.

4. After successful application, please enter my order page within 7 working days, click Refund and follow the process.
