Wuchang Institute of Technology, located in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by Hubei Provincial People's Government and filed by People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry of Education. It is also a training institution for non-commissioned officers of the PLA Army, Navy, Air Force, Rocket Force, Armed Police Force and National Defense Mobilization Department.

The college was formerly Wuhan Guanghua Vocational College of Information Technology, which was established in May 2002. In February 2005, it was renamed Wuhan Language and Culture Vocational College, and in June 201February, it was renamed Wuchang Vocational College.

According to the data of official website in April 2023, the school covers an area of 1057.8 mu, and the area of teaching, scientific research and auxiliary rooms is 1400.27 square meters.
