1. Educate students to develop good behavior habits. In view of the poor cultural foundation, weak foundation and lack of self-discipline awareness of students in secondary vocational schools, most of them have not formed good behavior habits. For the daily education of secondary vocational students, secondary vocational teachers, especially class teachers, should first start with behavior habits.
Starting from the details of classroom, recess, self-study, practice and activities, we will gradually cultivate students' good habits of life and study-learn to concentrate on lectures, learn to complete homework independently, learn to take care of themselves, learn to unite and cooperate, and learn to reflect on themselves.
These are all explicit manifestations of good behavior habits. As secondary vocational school students are in the stage of career preparation, once good behavior habits are deeply rooted in students' hearts, they will have clear career motivation and career concept, which is the premise of developing professional literacy.
2. Cultivate students' positive psychological quality. The requirement of enterprises for employees' professional mentality is to learn to find the bright spots of others and always maintain a positive, inclusive, optimistic, United and cooperative mentality.
Because only by taking the initiative can we devote ourselves to what we are doing; Only tolerance and optimism can win the respect and support of customers; Only by uniting and cooperating can we overcome difficulties with colleagues and promote the development of enterprises. For secondary vocational school students, only by forming such positive psychological quality during their study can they meet the requirements of enterprises for employees' psychological quality and stand out in the future workplace competition.
The cultivation of psychological quality of secondary vocational school students should be carried out in the following aspects: self-motivation ability, competitive consciousness and will ability, emotional control ability, frustration tolerance ability, communication and cooperation ability, etc. Teachers can combine three classes (three classes refer to classroom, practice class and activity class) to cultivate students' psychological quality. While teaching students knowledge and technology, we should pay more attention to teaching students the ability to learn from each other's strengths, learn to tolerate others, help each other and cooperate with each other, and cultivate students' sense of collective honor and teamwork spirit.
We can also adopt the trinity psychological education method of family, school and society, or improve students' psychological quality by strengthening frustration education.
3. Cultivate professional ethics in trivial matters. Professional ethics refers to the sum of moral standards, sentiments and qualities that are closely related to people's professional activities and conform to professional characteristics. Professional ethics has a strong discipline.
The professional ethics of secondary vocational school students should first be reflected in observing the school rules and regulations and the daily behavior norms of middle school students. Without these basic qualities, the professional ethics that enterprises need is empty talk. In addition, it is also reflected in the attitude towards learning, life values, words and deeds, honesty and trustworthiness, and dedication.
The cultivation of these moral qualities must permeate the subject teaching and the work of the class teacher. Teachers should influence students with lofty professional ethics and personality charm and become role models for students. Perhaps a teacher's confidence and proper handling of a small matter will bring unexpected results.
