Why did Qian Xuesen say that schools always fail to cultivate outstanding talents?
I analyze this problem from three aspects, mainly from the perspective of national demand and school training.

First of all, we analyze it from the perspective of social needs. As we all know, although the industrialization of China is developing rapidly now, it still cannot change our status as a developing country. Then some people will ask, why is China developing so fast, or is it lagging behind other countries? This is the key point I want to talk about, because our country needs innovative talents, and I think this kind of innovative talents is their innate innovative thinking. However, this innovative thinking will change with something you come into contact with the day after tomorrow. For example, people around us are all inertia thinking, which will also lead to their innovative thinking becoming rigid inertia thinking, while most schools in our country are inertia thinking. In this case, it is really difficult for schools to train talents.

The second point is that I will analyze it from the perspective of the school. As we all know, our education in China is exam-oriented and it is difficult for students to learn real skills at school. They often just learn some knowledge from books, and then they can cope with the exam. But to cultivate talents, we often need some innovative thinking methods. But as far as I know, there are few schools with innovative thinking in China, which is also the reason why Qian Xuesen said it is difficult for schools to cultivate talents.

In a word, I think it is difficult for the school to cultivate real talents because of its educational methods. Of course, these views are just my own guesses. If you have other different opinions, you can add me more! If you like my opinion, you can also give me a compliment!
