First, the establishment of Ganzi Education Bureau
According to the Notice of the General Office of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of the People's Government of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture (No.39 of Sichuan Committee [20/KLOC-0]), the Education Bureau of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as the State Education Bureau) is established as the working department of the state government.
Second, the main responsibilities
1. Carry out the state's policies, laws and regulations on education, be responsible for drafting statewide education policies and local regulations, and supervise their implementation.
2, the preparation of Quanzhou education development planning, organization, guidance and coordination of education planning, the implementation of the plan, responsible for the overall planning and coordinated management of all kinds of education at all levels, to guide the education and teaching reform of all kinds of schools at all levels and the adjustment of the layout structure of primary and secondary schools, responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of the basic information of Quanzhou education system, and to guide the construction of education informatization.
3, responsible for the macro guidance and coordination of compulsory education, promote the balanced development of compulsory education in Quanzhou and promote education equity, and guide the work of ordinary high school education, preschool education and special education. Promote the teaching reform of basic education and fully implement quality education.
4, in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate policies and measures to raise education funds, education funds, education infrastructure investment. Supervise and inspect the implementation of local education funds and education infrastructure funds.
5, in charge of the work of teachers in Quanzhou, responsible for the implementation of teachers' continuing education, organizing teachers' basic skills training assessment and professional and technical post qualification assessment, guiding the implementation of teacher qualification system and the construction of talent team in education system.
