How to implement all-round development education in kindergartens
First, create a good language environment to stimulate children's interest in language

The Guiding Outline of Preschool Education points out that teachers should encourage children to express their thoughts and feelings boldly and clearly, try to explain and describe simple things or processes, and develop children's language expression ability and thinking ability. For young children, language expression ability is still very weak and uneven. Some children can express their ideas fluently, but some children can only stutter their opinions.

If the teacher doesn't take some actions, those children with poor expression skills will be unwilling to communicate with others, forming inferiority complex and even autism. Therefore, in the teaching process, teachers can carry out some activities to encourage students to actively show themselves.

For example, I often carry out some storytelling activities, so that children can tell their favorite stories and fairy tales to their classmates in class, actively encourage those children with weak communication skills to believe that they are the best, and build a platform for children to communicate with themselves, so that children can understand each other in the process of improving their language expression ability, help them establish friendship and promote their healthy growth.

Second, guide students to explore and improve their autonomy.

Exploration is caused by children's curiosity. Children are curious about everything and often explore with this curiosity and doubt. However, parents and teachers often worry about such and such problems in their exploration, so when students solve their doubts, parents and teachers will stop.
