(1) Labor remuneration shall be calculated according to the evaluation time, with an interval of four hours (if it is less than four hours, it shall be calculated as four hours), and the remuneration shall be 500 yuan.
The labor remuneration mentioned in the preceding paragraph is after-tax remuneration, and the tax shall be withheld and remitted by the purchaser and the centralized procurement institution according to law.
(two) after the evaluation experts arrive at the evaluation site, if the non-evaluation experts are unable to carry out the evaluation work due to their own reasons (due to avoidance relationship, cancellation or postponement of the project), they will be paid according to the standard of 200 yuan per person.
(three) the bid evaluation experts have the responsibility to cooperate with suppliers to inquire, question and complain about the bid evaluation projects they participate in. When the bid evaluation experts go to the bid evaluation site to perform the above duties, they shall be paid according to the standard of 200 yuan per person.
Take Shanghai as an example:
The payment standard of expert review fee for centralized government procurement projects is adjusted to 500 yuan/half a day/person and 800 yuan/day/person.
Take Guangdong as an example:
(a) The review will be completed on the same day:
1. If the review time is within 1 hour (including 1 hour), each person will go to 200 yuan every time;
2. If the review time is 1 hour to 2 hours (including 2 hours), it will be paid by 400 yuan per person;
3. If the review time exceeds 2 hours and the total review time does not exceed 8 hours (including 8 hours), for every increase of 1 hour, the excess will increase by 100 yuan;
4. If the review time exceeds 8 hours, the excess will be increased by 1 hour, 150 yuan.
(two) the review time is more than one day, and every half day is paid by 600 yuan per person.
The labor remuneration of government procurement evaluation experts stipulated in this standard is the minimum standard, and the labor remuneration of evaluation experts drawn from Guangdong provincial government procurement evaluation expert database is not lower than this standard.
Legal basis: Interim Provisions on Bid Evaluation Committee and Bid Evaluation Method
Article 1 In order to standardize bid evaluation activities, ensure the fairness and justice of bid evaluation results, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved in bidding activities, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Bidding Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to the bid evaluation activities of projects subject to tender according to law.
Article 3 Bid evaluation activities shall follow the principles of fairness, impartiality, scientificity and merit selection.
Article 4 Bid evaluation activities shall be conducted according to law, and no unit or individual may illegally interfere with or influence the bid evaluation process and results.
Article 5 A tenderer shall take necessary measures to ensure that bid evaluation activities are strictly confidential.
Article 6 The bid evaluation activities and their parties shall accept the supervision carried out according to law.
The relevant administrative supervision departments shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities of the State Council or local governments, supervise bid evaluation activities and investigate and deal with illegal acts in bid evaluation activities according to law.
