To apply for certification, the following materials must be presented: my passport; Obtaining foreign academic qualifications and degree certificates; Transcripts of foreign studies (for those with master's degree or above, abstracts of graduation thesis are required); Certificate of returned overseas students issued by the embassy (consulate) of China; The last academic certificate before going abroad and other related materials must be original.
2. Applicants in Beijing can apply directly to the International Cooperation Office of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education with the above materials, and fill in the Application Form for Foreign Degree Evaluation of Returned Overseas Students uniformly printed by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Applicants can receive foreign academic degree certificates within 65,438+00 working days after submitting all the materials.
3. Foreign applicants can send copies of the above materials to the International Cooperation Office of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. The copy must be audited by the employing unit (at or above the county level) or the local personnel department, indicating that the copy is consistent with the original, and the agent shall sign and affix the official seal.
4. The translation of foreign language materials provided by the applicant is invalid.
Contents of overseas academic qualifications certification
The main contents of academic degree certification are:
(a) To certify the legality of institutions that issue degree certificates or higher education diplomas abroad;
(two) to provide authentication for the authenticity of academic degree certificates issued by overseas universities or other institutions of higher education or higher education diplomas with degree utility;
(3) Providing authentication opinions on the correspondence between overseas degrees and domestic degrees;
(four) to issue certification certificates to foreign academic degree certificates or higher education diplomas that have passed the certification evaluation.
