1. Online courses can only be started after being approved by the education department and obtaining a school license;

2. Teachers who offer online courses need to have teacher qualification certificates, which is legal;

The education department has long stipulated that private online classes are forbidden to prevent students from being overburdened, and in-service teachers can't make up lessons for students privately during holidays.

The establishment of schools and other educational institutions must meet the following basic conditions:

1, with organization and articles of association;
