Legal analysis: The six prohibitions are as follows: 1. It is strictly forbidden for special operators to operate at their posts without valid operation certificates; 2, it is forbidden to violate the operating procedures; 3, it is strictly prohibited to engage in dangerous operations without a license; 4. It is forbidden to take off the post, sleep and work after drinking; 5. It is forbidden to transport explosives, radioactive sources and dangerous chemicals in violation of regulations; 6, it is strictly prohibited to illegal command, forcing others to illegal operations. Safety in production is a long-term basic national policy of the country, the basic guarantee for protecting the safety and health of workers and state property, promoting the development of social productive forces, and the basic condition for ensuring the development of socialist economy and further implementing reform and opening up.

Legal basis: Article 4 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Work Safety requires production and business units to abide by this Law and other laws and regulations related to work safety, strengthen the management of work safety, establish and improve the responsibility system and rules and regulations for all employees in work safety, increase the investment guarantee of funds, materials, technology and personnel in work safety, improve the conditions of work safety, strengthen the standardization and informatization construction of work safety, build a dual prevention mechanism of classified management and control of safety risks and investigation and management of hidden dangers, and improve the risk prevention and resolution mechanism. Production and business units in emerging industries and fields, such as platform economy, shall, according to the characteristics of their industries and fields, establish and implement the responsibility system for all employees in production safety, strengthen the education and training of employees in production safety, and fulfill the relevant production safety obligations stipulated in this Law and other laws and regulations.
