Qian Zhilong was born in Shanghai, studied in Nanyang Model Middle School, and was sent to Peking University Oriental Department. He has successively obtained a bachelor's degree in Arabic language and culture and literature from Peking University Foreign Studies University, a master's degree in organizational communication and communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a master's degree in language teaching and literature from the University of Hawaii, an advanced certificate in Asia-Pacific Leadership Program from the Center for East-West Studies, and a doctorate in education leadership from the University of Southern California. He used to be a professor of practice at Marymount University in Loyola, USA, the primary school principal of American Peninsula International School, the president of Yihai Education Group, the director of the International Department of the Training College of Communication University of China, the vice president of Young Miao International Bilingual School, the president of Peide College, the director of Beijing China School Center, the director of Wellington (China), the supervisor of the Lunar Exploration College, the director of Art and Beauty Public Welfare Foundation, the director of a century-old vocational school, and an independent educator for three years. 1976 was born in a shanty town in Shanghai. Later, he was admitted to Nanyang Model Middle School, a famous school in Shanghai, and went straight to Nanmo High School with excellent results.
1996 walks to Oriental Department of Peking University, majoring in Arabic, bachelor of arts. After graduation, he served as assistant dean of China University Center (TBC), teaching Chinese to American college students and spreading China culture.

In 2003, he won a full scholarship to study in the United States. He studied organizational communication in the Department of Speech and Communication at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and obtained a master's degree in communication.
