Since 1995, the school has organized teachers and students to visit the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea and other countries for more than dozens of times. It has become a tradition for Bodie to send many teachers and students delegations to the United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries for exchange and study every year. At the same time, the school also sent more than ten teachers to foreign counterpart friendly schools to engage in Chinese teaching.
In 2004, with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education, the school established the Foreign Students Department, becoming the first batch of middle schools in Shaanxi Province to receive foreign students. The international educational concept and learning atmosphere have attracted more than 300 students from the United States, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan and other countries to study in Bodi for a long time. Many of them entered the first-class universities in China for further study. At the same time, the average number of short-term students who come to Bodi to learn Chinese and learn about China culture through friendly exchanges between schools is over 700. Since 15, the school has received nearly 10,000 foreign educational groups. In 2008 alone, there were 63 visiting American and British principals and 18 student delegations from the United States, Britain, South Korea and Japan. The beautiful Boddy campus is not only the alma mater of China students' memory, but also a part of many foreign children's life memories, and it is also the representative school of China that many foreign education colleagues are familiar with.
In 2007, Hanban established the "International Promotion Base of Chinese in Primary and Secondary Schools" in Bodi.
