Luoyang Vocational and Technical College is located in Luoyang, the Millennium ancient capital, Peony Flower City and the starting point of the Silk Road. It is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college organized and managed by Luoyang Municipal Government. Graduates are very popular with employers. Two-thirds of the directors of the nursing department of county hospitals in western Henan are college nursing graduates, and about half of the heads of county finance and industry and commerce departments are college finance graduates.
