Can continuing education be approved after blasting the three-member network and being punished by public security?
Being punished by public security generally does not affect the political examination, but depends on the severity of the public security punishment. Article 6 of the Measures for the Employment of People's Police by Public Security Organs stipulates that under any of the following circumstances, people may not apply for the People's Police: (1) Those who have been subjected to criminal punishment, reeducation through labor or juvenile discipline; (2) There are criminal suspects that have not been ascertained; (3) Being expelled from public office.
