However, due to the incomplete change of ideas, some grassroots party member cadres have problems such as knowledge panic, skill panic, method panic and mental panic. In particular, the research on the five development concepts is not thorough and thorough, and there are not many measures, so I feel that there is nowhere to exert my strength. Work ideas, methods and measures are difficult to meet the needs of work under the new situation, and they are afraid of problems and responsibilities. They are too cautious in their work and not bold enough in their work.

Second, the vanguard and exemplary role is not strong. The "last mile" problem of strictly administering the Party in an all-round way has not penetrated into ordinary cadres in party member, showing a trend of tightening up and loosening up. Some party member people are confused with the masses. Their vanguard and exemplary role is not obvious, their party spirit is declining, their ideals and beliefs are shaken, and their sense of purpose is not strong. Compared with the standard of qualified party member, there is still a big gap.

Third, the requirements of political life within the party are not strict. With the development of the party's mass line education practice and the special education of "three strictness and three realities", the criticism and self-criticism of democratic life associations at all levels have achieved the goal of "unity-criticism-unity", but some branches still have not adhered to the political life within the party well and the results are not remarkable enough. How to further standardize the inner-party political life and realize the regularization and standardization of study and education through the development of study and education needs in-depth exploration and research.
