The group-based health education plan usually includes: abstract, preface, specific objectives, methods, evaluation, budget and reference materials. Health education: also known as health education, is a science that studies and disseminates health knowledge and technology, influences individual and group behaviors, prevents diseases, eliminates risk factors and promotes health. Plan: it is a transactional document for party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, and social organizations to anticipate and arrange future work and activities. In order to avoid blindness in our work, we must plan ahead and sum up afterwards. It shows that the group health education should be planned first, and every detail of health education should be served by the group according to a reasonable plan.
