First of all, thank you for your support, understanding and concern for Runzhou education! The winter vacation is coming, which is every parent's earnest expectation for their children. Maybe you have already started planning to enroll your children in off-campus training classes. In order to ensure that their legitimate rights and interests are not infringed, we would like to remind them in the following three aspects:

1. Learn about relevant policies. The Opinions on Further Reducing Students' Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden in Compulsory Education clearly states: It is strictly forbidden for any off-campus training institution to use winter vacation to carry out discipline training; It is strictly forbidden to carry out online training and offline subject training for preschool children in the name of preschool classes, young bridging classes and thinking training classes; It is strictly forbidden to carry out various "underground" discipline training activities.

2. Choose a legal institution. If there is indeed a "non-disciplinary" training demand, please ask parents to choose a legally qualified training institution to check the safety status of the school building on the spot; Be sure to sign a training contract with the institution, ask for a formal payment voucher, and keep it properly; Pay the training fee for no more than 3 months or 60 class hours at a time, and don't blindly believe in preferential sales and discount promises.

3. Change the concept of education. Parents should take the initiative to study the Law on the Protection of Minors and the Law on the Promotion of Family Education, perform their legal guardianship duties, understand the law of children's physical and mental growth, rationally plan their children's development direction, do not blindly follow the trend to participate in off-campus training, actively change their educational concepts, and strive to get rid of utilitarian ideas such as "catching up with culture" and "leading education"; Encourage children to actively participate in housework, strengthen physical exercise, urge children to go to bed on time, ensure sleep time, stop children from indulging in bad behaviors such as internet, strengthen parent-child interaction, actively carry out parent-child reading and other activities, help children arrange their study and life in winter vacation reasonably, and make full use of museums, science and technology museums, cultural centers, gymnasiums, social practice bases, children's palaces, youth activity centers and other off-campus activities to organize colorful winter vacation activities so that children can spend a meaningful winter vacation.

Up to now, all discipline training institutions in our region have withdrawn from the nine-year compulsory education and training market, and no longer carry out enrollment and charging work.
