There are two resettlement methods for cadres to change jobs: planned distribution and independent employment. Soldiers retired, eligible can be arranged by the government, and most of them are employed independently. The cost settlement varies greatly with different choices. In this issue, we will help demobilized cadres settle accounts first. The chart data in this article are calculation examples and are for reference only. Please refer to the latest policy for details.
Plan to allocate the expenses for demobilized military cadres.
Planned allocation of subsidy funds
It mainly includes living allowance and settling-in allowance. The replacement base is the monthly basic salary including post, rank, salary in length of military service and allowances and subsidies uniformly stipulated by the army. Those who serve in remote and hard areas, the calculation base includes remote area allowance and alpine island allowance.
1, living allowance
Length of military service less than 8 years, no living allowance; 8-9 anniversary, issued for 3 months. In case of exceeding the 9th anniversary, length of military service will issue additional shares every 1 year/month (after the 9th anniversary, length of military service is dissatisfied with 1 year, it will issue additional shares according to the annual standard in the 0th month), but the total amount will not exceed 1 6 months.
2. Resettlement allowance
If length of military service is within 14 anniversary, he will pay 4 months' salary; Starting from 15, the salary will be increased by one month every 1 year.
Length of military service.
From the date of approval for enlistment to March 3 1 day of the year when the order for changing jobs was issued. Length of military service, who enlisted for the second time, enlisted for the first time and worked in the local area for the first time, will not be given living allowance and settling-in allowance.
Additional issuance regulations
Three to six types of cadres who are transferred to work in hard and remote areas, and whose origin and enlistment place do not belong to hard and remote areas, will be given resettlement subsidies. Among them, those who work in three or four types of areas will receive an additional 8 months' salary; If you work in category five or six areas, you will receive an extra salary of 10.

It mainly includes three items: living allowance, resettlement allowance and self-employment fee. The calculation base is the monthly basic salary including post, rank, length of military service salary and allowances and subsidies uniformly stipulated by the army.
1, living allowance
Length of military service less than 8 years, no living allowance; Length of military service will pay for 3 months on the 8th-9th anniversary, and length of military service will pay for 1 month every year after the 9th anniversary (it will be paid on an annual basis in the 0th month when length of military service is short of 1 year after the 9th anniversary), but the total amount will not exceed 1 6 months.
2. Resettlement allowance
Length of military service, a cadre, will be paid for 4 months within the 4th anniversary of/kloc-0; Starting from 15, the salary will be increased by one month every 1 year.
3. Self-employment subsidy
Within the 0/5th anniversary of length of military service/kloc-,I will be paid the basic salary of 1 month every year; Starting from 16, the basic salary for next month will be paid once every 1 year.
Calculation method of monthly pension
Monthly retirement fee for demobilized cadres who choose their own jobs = (post salary+rank salary+military allowance+rent allowance+regional allowance) ×(80%+ additional issuance%)+length of military service salary+living allowance for choosing their own jobs.
Among them, length of military service 19 and 18' s monthly retirement fee base ratio of demobilized military cadres who choose their own jobs is 79% and 78% respectively.
Self-employed demobilized cadres, during the service period, will be paid by the army to June 5438+February 3 1 of the year when they are approved to be demobilized, and from June 65438+ 10 of the following year, the government of the resettlement area will issue a monthly retirement fee. Pensions are exempt from personal income tax.
Monthly retirement bonus payment standard
1, starting from 2 1 year in length of military service for more than 20 years, length of military service will pay 1% monthly retirement pension for each additional year; Those who have won Class III merit, Class II merit, Class I merit or been awarded honorary titles by units above the theater level shall be 5% of the monthly retirement pension plan, 10% and 15% respectively, and those who meet more than two items shall be subject to the highest standards.
2. Those who work in remote and hard areas or in flying or naval vessels for 10 years, 15 years and more than 20 years shall be paid at the rate of 5%, 10% and 15% of the monthly retirement pension respectively, and those who meet two or more of them shall be paid according to the highest standard.
3. Demobilized cadres who choose their own jobs regularly increase the basic retirement pension every year. The standards are deputy division level 150 yuan, Zhengtuan level 125 yuan, Zhengtuan level 105 yuan, Zhengying level 85 yuan and Zhengying level 75 yuan.

In Tables 3, 4, 5 and 6, the following items are explained:
1. In addition to receiving some items shown in the table, there are winter heating subsidies, one-child fees and regional subsidies every month. The capital increase in that year is the proportion of increasing the basic retirement pension standard by × in a specified period;
2. Does not include hard border areas or years of work on flights or ships;
3. The housing subsidy standards are different in different regions, so this item is not included in the table;
4. The calculation results are for reference only, and the actual values are subject to the calculation of the financial department of the unit.
