Chapter II Basic Conditions

Article 3 Have good ideological and political quality and professional ethics. Firmly establish a sense of responsibility to love their jobs, care for students, be a teacher, teach and educate people.

Where there is one of the 20 "one-vote veto" situations in the "Professional Ethics of Teachers in Fujian Province (Trial)", the qualification for reporting in that year will be cancelled. Forging academic qualifications, qualifications and achievements, plagiarizing others' achievements, etc., will cancel the qualification for reporting in the current year and shall not declare within 2 years from the following year.

Article 4 Have corresponding teacher qualifications, professional knowledge and teaching ability.

Fifth teaching in the front line of education and teaching, conscientiously fulfill the duties and obligations of teachers, obey the school's work arrangements, actively undertake the education and teaching work such as class teachers, and complete the prescribed education and teaching workload. Article 10 Academic qualifications and qualification requirements

2. Article 12 Requirements for teaching work

Article 21 Requirements for teaching and scientific research work

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Twenty-seventh teachers who have been promoted to the first level must attend the lectures organized by the evaluation Committee; Teachers who are promoted to senior or full senior positions must attend lectures, interviews and defenses organized by the review committee.

Twenty-eighth primary and secondary school teachers (except primary school teachers majoring in primary education and primary education) should be consistent with their majors in principle. Thirty-first countries, provinces, cities and counties refer to the educational administrative departments at all levels and their subordinate educational and teaching research institutions. The school level refers to the central primary school and ordinary middle school or above.

Thirty-second teachers must complete the education and teaching workload stipulated by the county-level education administrative departments and schools (units). The average teaching workload per academic year is not less than 320 hours in middle schools and 480 hours in primary schools. Article 33 Core journals refer to publications listed in Peking University's Overview of Chinese Core Journals, Nanjing University's Catalogue of Chinese Social Science Citation Index Source Journals and China Academy of Sciences' Literature Information Center's Source Journals of Chinese Science Citation Database. Textbooks edited and published by the National Primary and Secondary School Textbooks Committee can be regarded as papers 1 article published in core journals.

Publicly published papers refer to articles with CN number published in academic journals of education, which are limited to independent authors or first authors, excluding supplements, special issues, albums, supplements, special issues, more than one issue and newspapers. Under any of the following circumstances, it can be regarded as publishing 1 paper in a CN journal (only under the following conditions can it be regarded as 1 paper):

Article 34 The academic qualifications (degrees) stipulated in this standard refer to the national education series academic qualifications (degrees) recognized by the national education administrative department.

Thirty-fifth teachers who have been teaching in rural primary and secondary schools for a long time refer to those who have been teaching in primary and secondary schools outside their own towns (including their own towns) for 10 years and are still teaching in rural primary and secondary schools.

Article 36 All relevant qualifications in this standard are required to take effect from the date of appointment.
