I. Guiding ideology

Conscientiously implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, implement the requirements for compulsory education to enter the school nearby without examination, improve the scientific, clear and convenient compulsory education entrance system, standardize enrollment behavior, improve the level of educational governance, promote educational equity, and run a satisfactory education for the people.

II. Objectives and tasks

Further optimize the scope of school scribing and clean up the irregular enrollment methods and behaviors of various schools. The county implements the enrollment of primary school freshmen and the online information collection of Xiaoshengchu. The proportion of special students enrolled in schools approved by the Provincial Department of Education dropped to 10%. Freshmen in junior and senior high schools who choose schools do not enjoy the provincial model ordinary senior high school student policy when they graduate.

20 15: the county has implemented the policy of admission to the nearest school, and 100% of public compulsory education schools have been admitted to the nearest school. More than 90% of the enrollment of each junior high school is determined by the nearest entrance method. 2. Degree courses

(1) For the degree plan of public primary schools and junior high schools (including junior high schools) where each town (street) is located, see the enrollment plan for primary and secondary schools in Shuangliu County in 20 14.

(2) Degree plans of three junior high schools (including junior high schools) such as Tanghu Middle School: Tanghu Middle School enrolls four classes of freshmen, 160 students (including special students10%); Shuangliu Middle School Experimental School and Tanghu Middle School Foreign Language Experimental School each admitted 4 classes of freshmen, 180 students (self-enrollment plan for the record).

3. The scope of new students

(1) Students admitted to public primary schools and junior high schools in each town (street) must be registered in this town (street).

(2) Primary school graduates accepted by Shuangliu Middle School Experimental School and Tanghu Middle School Foreign Language Experimental School must be registered in Dongsheng Street (except for independent enrollment); Primary school graduates accepted by Tanghu Middle School must be registered in Dongsheng Street.

4. Information collection

Step 5 Determine the degree

If the number of applicants exceeds the degree plan of the school, the list will be randomly assigned among the enrolled students; If the number of applicants does not exceed the school degree plan, all registered students will be admitted directly.

The second batch: all primary school graduates who meet the requirements but have not been randomly allocated degrees will be arranged by the county education bureau or the local government in accordance with the principle of "relative proximity".

Students whose degrees have been confirmed in the last batch cannot participate in the arrangement of future batches of degrees. After each batch of degrees is confirmed, parents of students should report to junior high school for registration at the time specified by the school.

6. Job requirements

Strict marking admission. In the stage of public compulsory education, the school implements the policy of "dicing to enter the school nearby".

Put an end to illegal enrollment. All public schools shall not enroll students in advance and in violation of regulations, and must do so in accordance with the prescribed time and procedures; No publicity, examinations and tests linked to admission shall be held in any form; Students' Olympic Mathematics and other competition certificates or grade certificates shall not be used as the basis for enrollment; Not to recruit students outside the enrollment plan; In the implementation of balanced classes, "experimental classes", "key classes" and "innovative classes" shall not be established.

It is forbidden to charge for choosing a school. It is strictly forbidden to collect school selection fees, and it is strictly forbidden to notify parents to pay school selection fees in various names in designated units.

Strict student status management. Strengthen the management of primary school enrollment and junior high school enrollment, and strictly implement "one person, one card, one card goes with everyone" to provide basic guarantee for enrollment and random allocation.

(2) School-age children and adolescents in the compulsory education stage who are not registered in Shuangliu.

Non-Shuangliu registered primary school graduates enter junior high school in accordance with the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Compulsory Education for Children of Migrant Workers (No.2 [2014]) and the Notice of Shuangliu County People's Government Office on Printing and Distributing (No.31and No.2013).

(3) School-age children and adolescents in compulsory education are enrolled in private schools.

School-age children and adolescents in compulsory education are enrolled in private schools in accordance with the spirit of the Notice of Chengdu Education Bureau on the Specific Arrangements for the Enrollment of Private Schools in 20 14 (Adult Education Letter [2014] No.67).
