What should I do in prison?
According to the Prison Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), prisons implement the principle of combining punishment with reform and combining education with labor, with the aim of educating and reforming criminals to become law-abiding citizens. Prison judicial police supervise criminals according to law, organize criminals to participate in productive labor according to the needs of criminal reform, and criminals must also receive ideological, cultural and technical education. It can be seen from the law that prisoners probably need to do something every day. Moreover, the prison law has specially formulated the code of conduct for criminals during their sentences, which can be done or not.

(a) to accept confession and repentance education and legal education. As mentioned earlier, the purpose of punishment is to punish and reform crimes. Therefore, prisoners must first receive education, which includes all aspects of education, including political education and patriotism education.

(2) labor reform. Taking an active part in labor and reforming yourself through labor is also for the sake of being well integrated into society after being released from prison. Note that prisoners who have the ability to work must work, and those who are old, weak, sick or disabled may not work. These are all impossible to work, and humanized treatment does not require labor.
