(1) Written examination
According to different majors, written tests are divided into three categories: primary and secondary schools, preschool schools and comprehensive schools. Take one subject in each class, and do not specify teaching materials. The content of primary and secondary school and preschool examination consists of public basic knowledge and educational basic knowledge (including professional knowledge such as pedagogy and psychology), accounting for 30% and 70% of the whole examination results respectively. The content of the comprehensive examination is public basic knowledge, including laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current affairs and political policies, scientific and technological knowledge, provincial conditions and other basic knowledge.
The written test is scored on a percentage basis. According to the recruitment position and examination situation, determine the qualified score line of written test. If the written test scores are above, the candidates who enter the interview will be determined in turn from high score to low score according to the prescribed proportion. Not up to the prescribed proportion, determined according to the actual number of qualified people. The recruitment plan will be cancelled for positions with vacancies in the number of qualified written tests.
(2) Interview
The interview is graded on a scale of 100. Under the supervision and guidance of the public recruitment department of public institutions in the West Coast New District, the interview work is organized and implemented by the district education department and the recruitment unit in strict accordance with the filing plan.
According to the demand and characteristics of the recruitment position, interviews in primary and secondary schools and preschool classes are conducted in the form of "lecture" or "lecture+skill test", which mainly examines the basic ability and professional level required by the position, including teaching design, teaching ability, basic teaching literacy, teaching ideas and professional skills. The current textbooks are used for lectures. The comprehensive interview is conducted in the form of "structured interview", which mainly tests the candidates' comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, emergency response and other abilities. The interview results will be announced to the candidates after the interview.
Achievement accounting
For recruitment positions with "lecture" or "structured interview", the total score of candidates is calculated with the weight of written test score and lecture score (or structured interview score) accounting for 50% respectively. For the recruitment positions that adopt the interview method of "lecture+skill test", the total scores of candidates are weighted according to the percentage system that the written test scores, lecture scores and skill test scores account for 40%, 30% and 30% respectively. Written test scores, lecture scores, skill test scores, structured interview scores and total test scores are scored with a percentage system, accurate to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. ... view details
