"Southern Zhang and Northern Zhou Dynasty" refers to two great industrialists in modern China, namely Zhang Jian in the south and Zhou in the north. Zhang Jian has already introduced that Zhou was the chief financial officer of Beiyang government, presided over Beiyang Industry, and served as the general manager of Shandong University, and founded Beiyang Technical School (the predecessor of Hebei University of Technology).
