(1) Division of responsibilities for employment management of college graduates. Employment guidance and services for graduates before leaving school shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Education Bureau; Employment guidance and services for graduates after leaving school shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; The employment policy for graduates is led by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and jointly formulated with the Municipal Education Bureau.

(2) Logistics service center

To undertake the logistics service of the organization, and set up a full-establishment organization at the main department level, with 5 staff members and division-level leaders 1 person.

(3) The establishment, responsibilities and staffing of other subsidiary bodies shall be stipulated separately.
