Hotan Calling Institute of Technology is a full-time public university registered by the Ministry of Education on 20 18, approved by the people's government of the autonomous region, headed by the Education Department and sponsored by Hotan Administrative Office. Covering an area of 705 mu, the first-phase construction area is 64,000 square meters, with teaching, training and living facilities.

Since its establishment, the College has actively undertaken social training tasks and achieved initial social benefits. Social training such as training for grassroots cadres, training for women's work, employment training for retired soldiers, and innovation and entrepreneurship training for unemployed college students was carried out 10000 person-times.
