Two. Brief introduction of employment registration certificate

The Registration Certificate is transformed from the original Dispatch Certificate, which is the certificate for graduates of ordinary colleges and universities (ordinary full-time, that is, unified enrollment) to report to the employment unit, and it is also the initial record and certificate for graduates to take part in the work. Graduates must hold a "registration card" when reporting to the employment unit. The relevant departments of the school handle the formalities of file delivery, organizational relationship transfer and household registration transfer for graduates with the Registration Certificate, the public security department where the employment unit is located handles the settlement formalities for graduates with the Registration Certificate, and the employment unit handles the relevant work procedures for graduates with the Registration Certificate.

Third, the role of the employment registration card

1, "Employment Registration Certificate" is the proof that graduates report to the unit. Graduates must hold the Employment Registration Certificate when they go to work. The employer shall handle the formalities for graduates with the employment registration certificate.

2, the local public security department with the Employment Registration Certificate for graduates to settle down.

3, the relevant departments of the school according to the "Employment Registration Certificate" for graduates to handle the file transfer, organizational relationship transfer and household registration transfer and other procedures.

4. The home page of the Employment Registration Certificate shall be handed over to the employer by the graduates when they report to the employer. It is the initial record and voucher of graduates' working time, and the date above is the beginning of working age, which is related to retirement age and pension insurance payment period.

5. The Employment Registration Certificate is the necessary information for graduates to apply for civil servants.

6. The Employment Registration Certificate is the proof of graduates' employment. The name on the Employment Registration Certificate must be consistent with the name on the graduate ID card, and the name of the unit must also be accurate. Generally, the employment registration card is valid within two years after graduation (i.e. June 30th to 20th10 for the 2008 graduates and June 30th to 20th10 for the 2009 graduates, and later).

7. The Employment Registration Card can be reassigned. The reassignment procedure is as follows:

(1) The employer shall affix its seal on the Graduate Transfer Form or the Employment Agreement;

(2) The higher authorities of the employing unit seal the employment agreement of graduates;

(3) After being audited by the Student Affairs Office, it shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Education for approval.

8. Self-taught students, adult students, and returned students did not register. The registration card is a product of China characteristics, which is only available in China universities.
