What are the health problems in community health education evaluation education?
1. Short-term impact evaluation and medium-term effect evaluation

(1) Short-term effect evaluation The short-term effect of a health education project focuses on the changes in the knowledge, attitude and beliefs of the target population. Therefore, the short-term effect evaluation mainly focuses on the changes of knowledge, beliefs and attitudes. The main indicators of evaluation are: awareness rate of health knowledge, qualified rate of health knowledge, average score of health knowledge, formation rate of health belief, etc.

Awareness rate of health knowledge (correct rate) = number of people who know (or correctly answer) a certain health knowledge/total number of people surveyed × 100%.

The qualified rate of health knowledge = the number of qualified people in health knowledge test (assessment)/the total number of people in test (assessment) × 100%.

Average score of health knowledge = total score of health knowledge test of respondents/total number of respondents × 100%.

Health belief (attitude) formation rate = the number of people who have formed a certain belief (attitude)/the total number of people surveyed × 100%.

(2) Mid-term effect evaluation The mid-term effect of health education mainly refers to the behavior change of the target population, and the evaluation indicators include: the rate of healthy behavior formation (such as exclusive breastfeeding rate) and the rate of behavior change (such as smoking cessation rate).

Formation rate of health behaviors = number of people who have formed specific health behaviors/total number of people surveyed × 100%.

Behavior change rate = the number of people who have changed their behavior in a certain period/the number of people who have this behavior at the beginning of the observation period × 100%.
